Good hotel, awesome staff, friendly and helpful, clean rooms, great view.

Nothing everything was great.

During my stay at this hotel, I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. They provided me with all the information I needed about the city and extended their cooperation to make my stay as good as possible. The hotel facilities were comparable to a 5-star hotel in the west, and everything was very clean. The location was perfect as it was close to a mall and not too far from the botanical garden.

The view from the rooftop restaurant was amazing and the hotel offered nice special food offers during the weekend. , the staff was very friendly and cooperative, providing plenty of information to make our stay enjoyable. Plus, the rooms were nice and clean.

The location of the hotel was a bit isolated and far from the main road and center. the rooftop restaurant was too small and sometimes crowded in the evening.

One drawback was the pool was located in front of the restaurant patio.

The pool was located right in front of the restaurant, which wasn't ideal for a relaxing swim. there were some issues with payment and invoicing that caused a bit of a headache for business travelers.
